Same Day Reports
You will get your home inspection report emailed to you (and your Realtor) the Same Day as the home inspection. Your report will be a link in an email where you can view, download, and share it with others or simply forward the email to them.
You will be able to view your home inspection report as a PDF file on your computer, tablet or smart phone by simply clicking on a link in the email.
Home buyers and Realtors like our reports full of color photos and comments since there is a picture right beside most every comment in the report. So for example, if there is a broken window in the living room, there will be a picture in the home inspection report of the broken window and a comment right beside it stating “There was a broken window in the living room.” This makes the report very easy to read and see what’s going on.
There is also a summary at the end of the home inspection report with all comments separated into the recommended categories of Safety, Repair, Improve, or Monitor. Home buyers and Realtors like our summary at the end of the report as they can copy and paste these items right into the contract repair amendments.
